Re-enlist for Marines after leaving DEP?Please help!!?

Hi everyone. I enlisted in the USMC almost two years ago to make a long story short my recruiter stuck me with a job at meps I didn't want and promised I would get the job I wanted when my ship date came. I became very concerned with this and called him one day and called it of. Since then I've just wanted to join and now I know that it is what I want more than anything. The problem is that I requested information from the marines site again and no one contacted me, and I live on an island and the only recruiters here are him and his friend and I doubt he wants to enlist me again. I was wondering if 1. Can I go to a recruiter out of state (closer anyway) and enlist with him? And 2. If I do re-enlist will the Marines even take me after I left the DEP? please help, thanks so much!!
