Could this be menopause?

i am 21 and on the pill (been on the pill for years) it might be nothing but i started my period last night just a few spots but since then i havn't had any blood or nothing come out. could it be struggleing to come out for some reason or could it be the start of menopause. i cant talk to my mum bout this.
