Why do we need macronutrients and micronutrients in our diet?

Well if we don't get vitamins and minerals/ macronutrients and micronutrients then we can get disorders as you said. all you need is to eat like 3 to four different types of vegitables and some fruit each day. Also eat some bread and eat a variety diet. Good luck to your fitness progras and may your diet accelerate your endurance.
