How do you remove a paint spot from concrete?

Earlier today I dropped some modeling paint on my back patio, it is Testors brand if that makes any difference, and I'm not sure how to remove it. I have seen many people suggesting a power washer or sand blaster, but renting one for such a small area would be a waste of money. Are there any products that would remove it from concrete?
