Are Astronauts Gordon cooper and Edgar mitchell both lying?

Gordopn cooper( gemini) and Edgar Mitchell(apollo 14) both say that we have been visited by aliens and that the truth is being kept from us. Are they both lying?. When u pair that with all the testimony and ufo reports from military, pilots, FAA staff and other ex nasa staff what the hell is really going on, and why does nobody listen to these people.??? Why would they, especially the astronauts, all tell the same lie when all they get is ridicule. Just who will we believe if we dont trust the people who actually go into space?
