My dog will NOT pee or poo outside, should i get him trained at PetSmart??

If i were you jess i would frist put the dog in the cage every day and night . you can let it out when i wants to play but when the dog uses the bathroom in the house you want to scold it and then put it in its cage. Now if that doesnt work then i would go to petsmark and see what they can do.
