People to people ambador program!!!!!!!!!??

Every freaking year I get invitation from people to people. Usually its to go to the capitol and visit congressmen and women. But today I go another letter this time to study in england, ireland, wales and scotland. I honestly think its a scam to get money. Any who this year im really thinking about going next summer cause im almost graduating. What do you think? Is it worth my parents money?
