Hey my name is rachel and i need help with this diet . here is the load down on my . im 14 and 5,5 im 154 pounds and i want to drop about 28 pounds. i do kickboxing 2 times a week for 1 hour and i do ballroom dancing 1 a week for 2 hours,and there not that easy ; they make you work really hard .so really i just need some advce on how to drop 28 pounds .please helpp i need every little bit of advice i can get :) x
