Rephrased question - go home or live in hell?

have decided to split from 3 mo baby's mom - moved far from home to be with her but she couldn't hold her end of the relationship - would like to go home but cant take my baby with me - hate the thought of living where i hate to be at because i made this mistake - what do i do? would take my baby if i could but cant afford the court costs no way am gonna go broke trying to win this - don't hate the mom but don't think mom will raise my baby to have same values that i think are so important - this sucks totally
