Should 'Fred The Shred' take the money and run....?

If he was such a good person [at his job] then why wouldn't he take the bullet and give a section of that money back. Who in their right mind really needs the amount of money he will earn, he probably can't spend the current money that he has made.... and before anyone says for his kids, I'm sure he's already thought about this and has put money aside... he's just being really greedy about it...
