In need of book suggestions?

I have bought lots of books in the past that are not as great as they seem and when i beginning reading them i eventually give up, certain books like night Elie Weisle or Inside The kingdom Carmen Binladin and some other books have been an exception.I enjoy reading mystery books, romantic, non fiction based on a real life occurrence or something biographical like the two books i mentioned.I have been looking into reading the Lovely Bones what are your opinions on that book.I want to get as many books as i can so suggest many thxs...
