WHO TO START QB????? MATT CEL OR DAVID garrard?

I need help badly, Aaron Rodgers(GB) is out next two games, and I`m in my playoffs now, I picked up Matt Cel (KC) and David Garrard(Jac) Please let me know which one to start or should I pick up a different QB who could possibly be not taken yet????
